This wonderfully nourishing toner is formulated with 68.09% oat-based ingredients, providing super moisture and calming benefits to the skin. The PURITO Oat-in Silky Toner was inspired by minimalism from its limited packaging to its short 10-ingredient list. Developed using Ultra-fine Emulsion Technology, this toner has a lightweight milky texture that prevents rapid evaporation of moisture like a cream.

How to Use

After cleansing, dispense an appropriate amount on to the palms of your hands or on a cotton wool pad and gently apply to the skin. Pat in to aid absorption.
