Appointments are held in-person at our Brooklyn formulary @ 61 West Street, Brooklyn, New York, 11222. Custom products are prepared on the spot and can be taken home the same day. If?you prefer a phone or zoom consultation, go ahead and book?online, then write to us at info@biosapothecary.com with your preferred consultation format. Custom orders for virtual consults ship free within 3 business days.?

* Before booking, please note our?rescheduling policy is as follows: all appointments can be rescheduled at no extra cost with?48 hours notice. Simply reach out to us at info@biosapothecary.com with your order number and your new date and time selection. Appointments can be rescheduled the same day,?as availability permits,?for a $50 re-booking fee.?There are no refunds on missed appointments.
