ACUVUE? OASYS with Transitions? is the first lens of its kind. These lenses utilize ACUVUE’s Light Intelligent Technology, filtering and reducing the eyes exposure to bright indoor and outdoor light while also cutting the blue light produced by out screens. Being activated by either UV or HEV light, these lenses are ideal from people who are sensitive to light and need a little protection when wearing sunglasses is not feasible. It is important to note that these lenses are not a replacement for sunglasses as they do not protect the entire eye from UV rays, nor do they transition when inside a car, it is recommended for the lenses to be worn with non-prescription sunglasses when possible.
